Decades brings you the best of the 70s at 7am, classics of the 80s at 8am and rock in the 90s at 9am and he wants you to choose the songs.
You choose your three favourite songs from each of the three decades (so nine songs in total) and then Sam will choose ONE of your Decades and play it on air on Saturday or Sunday morning during his show.
So, in the form tell Sam your nine songs (3 per decade), making sure that you include the name of the band or artist, and then tune in on Saturdays and Sundays at 7am to hear if your songs have been chosen.
